Processing Times


Due to the high demand, for all shipments please refer to the following timeline for when all orders are expected to be processed:

  1. Orders placed Monday thru Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays & pre-orders).
  2. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays & pre-orders).
  3. Orders placed after 1 PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays & pre-orders).

All orders typically SHIP WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS from the time they begin PROCESSING due to high demand and quality apparel, pending availability and credit card verification. Next Day and Express orders are given top priority, followed by standard Ground and International orders.

Shipping


STANDARD – Delivery occurs in 3 to 5 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 3 business days depending when your order was placed.

U.S. SHIPPING COSTS – Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico addresses will be shipped via USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and taxes paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
